Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson (born April 14 in 1970) is an American actress, singer also a writer, director and actor. She was best known as Tara Maclay in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She has also produced, directed and starred her own film Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. She also starred in the film Kiss the Bride. Benson was born to a psychiatrist and a Diane Benson, was born in Birmingham Alabama on January 8 1977. Danielle Benson was her younger artist sister. Benson, whose father is Jewish and her mother a Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. Benson is a performer involved in numerous TV and movie series in the years since Buffy was over, most notably The Killing Jar. She also used her skills as a scriptwriter on the Ghosts of Albion Series and was the director of Drones in 2010. Buffy After putting in an effort and time to locate them, states there are over 1800 Slayers all over the world, and 500 of them working with the Scooby Gang. Slayer Potentials are now being uncovered once they reach the proper age. For example, Soledad became a Slayer at the age of 16. Ruth Connell has been cast as Rowena in Season 10 Supernatural. It seems like she's a cryptic old-school witch.
