Torrie Anne Wilson, born July 24, 1975 was an American former professional wrestler. Her most well-known accomplishments are her involvement as a member of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE, earlier known as the World Wrestling Federation).As fitness-focused competitor, Wilson won the Miss Galaxy competition in 1999. The following year, she was accepted by World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1999 until 2000. In 2001, she began being in World Wrestling Federation (WWF) television as part of The Invasion (by WCW, of the then- WWF) storyline. One of the most well-known storylines occurred in 2002, in which she faced Dawn Marie. [5][9] Then in 2003 she was paired with Sable. Wilson has also been a member of the all-female stable (i.e. the group of characters with a storyline) that was known as Vince's Devils and was canceled in 2006.Aside from pro wrestling, Wilson has been on the covers of several magazines that include FHM as well as Playboy (which Wilson posed for twice, one featuring both Wilson and Sable).Wilson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 and her first time in wrestling came when she attended an World Championship Wrestling (WCW) show with her boyfriend , in 1999. After the show, she went backstage the show, she was invited to walk out to the ring along with Scott Steiner. Seven Kevin Nash later expressed interest in a storyline. The episode was her debut appearance on Nitro's February 8, 1999 episode (later called "Samantha") The plot revealed that Wilson was hired to seduce David Flair by the New World Order. They were seen together on February 21st at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric then David struck his face with a Taser. In 1999, at the Bash at the Beach, Wilson acted as the valet for Flair when he won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
